60 ml / 2 oz YCHILLI Vodka

20 ml ¾ oz sweet vermouth

15 ml / ¼ oz maraschino liqueur

2-3 dashes Angostura bitters

Lemon twist for garnish


Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass before straining into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Add ingredients to ice filled rocks glass or copper mug. Squeeze two lime wedges into glass and stir briefly. Garnish with a lime wedge.

To make honey water, dilute two parts honey, to one part water and use as syrup.

Build all ingredients into a highball glass over crushed ice. Swizzle (Stir vigorously) well and garnish with an orange (or blood red orange) wheel.

Add all ingredients except soda to an ice filled shaker. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a red apple fan.

75ml tomato juice

10ml lemon juice

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2 drops Tabasco

pinch of celery salt

Gently rock all ingredients 4-5 times in an ice filled shaker. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Garnish with a celery stick, a cherry tomato and fresh cracked black pepper.

30ml / 1 oz YCHILLI Liqueur

30ml / 1 oz Bourbon

10ml / ¼ oz spiced agave nectar 2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 cinnamon stick, to garnish



Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass. Stir until desired dilution is reached. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange twist.
